The tech was friendly, explained what he was using and where he was going to apply the chemicals. I had a concern about my pet but he answered my questions to my satisfaction. The ants were gone within a couple of days and didn't come back the rest of the year. Their prices are fair, their trucks are discreet with no logo. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I even received a follow up call from their office.
