  The floor we had put in turned out BEAUTIFUL. However my husband and I had to redo all of the finish work ourselves. ie. redo the putting down the base boards both in the kitchen and in the living room and down the hall. Their finish work is the crap. We knew that there was going to be a gap between the wall and where the base board used to go but when the boards where put back they where just slapped on. There are gaps in them both between them and the wall and between the cuts in the baseboards themselves. We also ended up with a small hole along the base board line plus some of the wall came off when a nail was taken out. No one bothered the say anything about either. They should have been fixed before the job was done. I am very happy with the floor itself but the finish work sucks!!!!! The floor I would give a 5 star rating. The finish work a 1 star The owner Tami just called. She was very apologetic for the finish work. She wished that I would have talked to her before leaving the store and to be fair I should have been more verbal about the way I felt about the finish work... that would have given her a chance to make it right. She said she would have sent her husband out to look the job over and make any changes that needed to be made to my satisfaction. So with all of that being said, all in all I would fill very comfortable referring any of my friends or family to Carpet One. They are very nice people to work with.

  Fred at Carpet One is the MAN! He was extremely helpful and always on point. Not only did he help us get a great deal on really nice carpet but he also went out of his way to accommodate our schedules by bringing samples to our home after business hours so we could make a selection. I never thought I'd become such a huge fan of carpet but we absolutely LOVE the look and the comfort of our new carpet!
