  Excellent service picking out a mattress. We live in Klamath Falls and the owner was willing to wave a substantial delivery fee and our mattress set was delivered within 10 days. Michael and Roger, the delivery drivers, were friendly, professional, and careful with our furniture and navigating through our house. We purchased a split king Northwest mattress set and adjustable bases. We need a few weeks to see if we like the set and we may check back in on our review once we try it out. We highly recommend working with this small business.

  We've waited 24 years to get a new mattress. The reviews for cascade mattress is why we visited cascade mattress. We were not disappointed. Artie answered all my crazy questions and walked us through choices without any hassle. It was so nice not to be pushed. Great service and we felt listened to.
