  I had a small bathroom leak and from their Mitigation, Jessica and Mickey to the end were all professional, reliable, courteous and considerate. They did a great job on a small job and treated it like any size job. It was great to have Mickey be in charge and handle all the details and not have to hire many contractors ourselves. I highly recommend this company!

  One star only because it is required to post a review. I would give minus stars if I could. Contacted them on a Friday because of a very unpleasant problem -- a sewage leak. Their representative said no work could be done until after the company's estimator came to the house (perhaps by Monday)...that there would then have to be consultation with our insurance company...and that work could be done possibly by the end of the following week, I contacted ServiceMaster, whose technicians arrived within an hour and went to work. I never heard from Central Oregon Disaster Restoration again. They will never hear from me again either.

  They do half ass work... they dont follow code they are completly lazy OSHA needs to check them out.. they dont properly dispose of things up to code.. dont eat at d and d in bend because they did half ass work there and reopened you could get sick from the mold spores floating around that they didnt dispose of correctly.. id rather go anywhere else than this place..
