  We bought a framing nail gun and needed help to get the right cartridge for it. The first person we asked said she wad going to lunch. The next person said he didn't work in that area and called for someone to come and help us. No one came we checked out and bought what we thought would work. It was the wrong one. We now have a 200 mile round trip to exchange this. Lowes used to have great service. Not any more. Very disappointed in the Bend, Oregon store

  Excellent customer service through and through. Three employees working the floor offered their assistance in a span of 10 minutes. They thanked my husband multiple times for his military service. Shop at Lowe's!
