If you are buying a mattress/box spring set, they may lead you to believe a frame is included when in fact it is not. Make sure you ask about every detail!! Also, know that they could care less about customer satisfaction. Even the man who owns the store, see's no value in customer service. I shopped here because I want to support local businesses. Unfortunately in this case I would have been better served by Bedmart or other company stores in Bend.
