  Awesome experience! Found the fridge we wanted, waited just a week + for delivery, and these guys were great! They called the day before, to give us a 4 hour window when it would be delivered, then again about 1/2 hour prior to arriving at the door. Josh & Ethan went above and beyond for me! I'm not much of a "handyman," so when they tried to install it, they realized we would need a water line to be hooked up for the ice/water machine. I was thinking that meant I would not be able to own my dream refrigerator, but they explained to me what needed to be done & how relatively simple it would be. Also, our measurements were a bit off, so the appliance wasn't fitting in the space, but Josh & Ethan carefully removed the trim and it fits perfectly now! They took the time to go over the features & benefits of our new fridge, & showed me how to operate the controls & change the filters when it was time. These guys are truly an asset to the SearsHometown Store in Bend! Next appliance purchase-I won' t even bother with Lowes or Home Depot! Truly impressed with this store! Thank you so much!
