  My experience with Solar Light, Inc. was top notch from start to finish. The website is clear, organized and thorough. I had several questions about the product, the tax credit and scheduling that were answered promptly, professionally and courteously via email. The installer, Konrad, arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable about the product. I especially appreciated that he took the time to show me the parts that go on the roof and explained the flashing and adhesives. Post-install I promptly received my receipt, product registration information for the warranty and the opportunity to provide feedback. Overall, their attention to process and detail demonstrates the very best in customer service. Best of all, I love the light! Hats off to all of you at Solar Light for an exceptional experience!
