  Lines can be long and three are periods where they seem to be understaffed but when they are serving you, you feel like you have their undivided attention and they serve you without rushing. Their patience is extra ordinary. What a selection of cell phones and accessories!

  Probably the worst expirence with T-Mobile I have ever been through... if you have a guy Zack who helps you ask for someone else, he is very deceitful and lies to get a sale... No one should have to spend an hour and a half in the store and on the phone trying to get things made right. His lying ended up costing an hour and a half of 3 people's lives and the inconvenience of having to use a credit card to cover costs of something I was told wouldn't cost me anything! Zack eaither needs way more training a major diciplianary action or a job not in sales because I know I wouldn't want an employee working for me who lies to customers to get a sale.
