  I was in the process of preparing to share my excellent customer service experience with the Bend, Oregon Terminix and saw a particularly bad review and thought I'd read through it. I also read the other reviews by this Rudy or Ruby person,...all of which were negative. In fact, that seems to be the type of person that only gives negative reviews or has some problem with everyone else on the planet, so I would ignore that review. I have multiple experiences over the last 10 years with the local Bend, Oregon Terminix both at my business and my last two homes. Too keep it short, every experience was positive, every need was met, everything was not only super courteous, but super professional. We live in the country and when all our neighbors complain of rodents we aren't seeing any, at all! We don't have spiders or pests in our home or office. The local owner has come out a few times and he is the most jolly, friendly guy I've done business with and is both knowledgable and smiling at each visit. I would highly recommend their services. They have national experience with the systems they employ with safety in mind for pets and humans. You can't go wrong with this crew. Dr. Freeman
