  Va Piano wine is very good! The staff Is generally very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids are welcome, there is a little chalkboard easel to play with. And when my parents brought my daughter, she was given a free snack (fishy crackers or something). I bought a yearlong wine club membership as a gift for my parents who are on a fixed income and can't afford to go out very much. The membership included unlimited wine flights (4 2-oz pours). and the lady who sold it to me said they could come in multiple times per day if they wanted to! My parents did end up going 3-4 times a week and really enjoyed it. After a few months the wine club policy changed and each member now receives 2 glasses of wine per month, since some people were "abusing" the original policy by coming in all the time and never buying anything (side note, the only food available is an $18 cheese plate). I requested a refund of the 2nd half of the membership, it was processed immediately, no questions asked. But my parents told me they actually stopped going before the policy change after they were confronted by staff who claimed they had been overheard making a rude comment about a waitress. My parents said no, it must be a misunderstanding, they had no issues at all with the waitress. The staff member argued, insisting a couple sitting at a nearby table had ALSO heard this rude comment, and the staff would hold a meeting to decide how to "handle" it. So now my mom is too embarrassed to go back.
