  My boyfriend and I needed help getting off of our parents plans and onto our own as well as upgrading my boyfriends phone. Benjamin took us right away and helped us with such kindness. I’ve never experienced such a smooth and fun experience getting a new phone in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for all of our questions. He was so incredibly nice and extremely funny. We did not feel uncomfortable or pressured threw the whole process. It took us less than an hour to switch both my boyfriend and I over, back up his phone, set up his new phone, pick out our plan and both leave with a new case and screen protector. He was just there to help us and guide us with every move which was exactly what we wanted. No pressure to upsell or upgrade. We’ll be most definitely seeing Benjamin again for any questions or upgrades we have!

  Actually I'm not thrilled with my initial visit experience. While trying to check out a couple phones and then making a purchase. With confusion, a trainee, his part time trainer, it took just over 2 hours to make a purchase. Apparently trying to pay cash really through them a curve. On a brighter side, returning the phone was quite easy and quick. The salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
