  I preordered a Pixel 2 and was eligible for a free Google Home mini. Started asking around after four weeks of neither hide nor hair. Eight weeks later, two visits to the store (never heard back from the manager), and four calls to Verizon before I learned the store had in fact messed up and I was not eligible. Complete waste of my time.

  Completely disinterested and unhelpful. I'm a current Verizon customer, travelling, in need of help and she was a minus 5 for helpfulness. Wow. Feel sorry for people needing assistance that live here. I would never return here.
