Long story short the tech (short, bald, middle aged man w glasses) was extremely rude and condescending. Definitely not someone who should be dealing with the injured, Ill or elderly. Shame on Wal Mart for keeping people like that employed in positions where they are allowed to torment people who are already struggling to make it through The day.
