  VERY VERY displeased with the grooming here. Been here once prior and all was well. This time Nicchole was my doodles groomer. 1) Free dremel month and no dremeling was done, as evidenced by her nails splintering. 2) Charged for dematting which I assume means brushing mats out which was not done, as evidence by her being completey shaven and naked, including her tail that now looks like a rat tail. 3) Promised a bandana (groomers ALWAYS add a little last minute flair with a bandana or bows), she got nothing. $80 later I had to take her back in to have her nails dremeled. Lori, a very pleasant groomer (I think she was my doodles groomer last time), agreed this service was not done and remedied this before adding a penguin bandana and giving me a $15 off coupon. Thank you Lori, but unfortunately we will not be returning.
